Q. How do I place an order?
A. Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail or e-mail.
Q. How do I get work designed?
A. If you have a designer, they can submit camera ready
artwork by disk, e-mail or color separated black and white
registered laser printed hard copy. If artwork is submitted
by disk or e-mail, we will need a hard copy printout to
confirm that the file is correct. If you do not have a designer,
we will be happy to work with your ideas. For most layouts
there will not be an art charge for our services.

Q. How do I know what my order will look
like?
A. We generally provide a black and white faxed proof within
24 hours. Others may take longer.
Q. Can I pay by Credit Card?
A. Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard
Q. Is the Union Label available?
A. Yes, on most products, ask us about the specific product
you are ordering.
Q. What is a Bleed?
A. When color is printed to the very edge of a product,
it is called bleeding. If no bleed is available there needs
to be a border of ¼" or less.
